The Thomas J. Drinan Memorial Fellowship

Andrea was selected as the Drinan Fellow for 2003, as a 2nd year law student at Suffolk University Law School. The Thomas J. Drinan Memorial Fellowship is awarded annually to fund the summer employment of a designated Suffolk University Law School student in the criminal justice field. In honor of its namesake, the Fellowship is awarded to a Suffolk student who demonstrates a commitment to the highest standards of integrity and advocacy within the criminal justice system, and the character and skills necessary to achieve these standards.

Boston's Best Lawyers for 2009

While at Murphy & Associates, Andrea was advertised in Boston's Best Lawyers for 2009. The guide was published in the Boston Globe Magazine section June 28, 2009.

2009 Massachusetts Super Lawyers/Rising Stars for Criminal Law

The findings are published in the 2009 issue of Boston Magazine New England Super Lawyers. Massachusetts Super Lawyers/Rising Stars are selected based upon ballots sent by Law & Politics to over 31, 000 Massachusetts Attorneys who have been in practice for five years or more. Independent research is then conducted on each nominee followed by a panel review process. Only five percent of Massachusetts lawyers were named in 2009 Massachusetts Super Lawyers.
